Guests can expect some big changes as they walk through the doors at The Black Iron Club & Grill at Tobiano this year! The dining experience at Tobiano has seen significant investment over the past six months as the restaurant has undergone an interior expansion to accommodate more guest seating as well as a kitchen expansion which includes additional working space and upgraded equipment to better accommodate customers’ experience through ease of service.
With a larger kitchen comes an increased seating capacity and expanded diversity in exterior seating options. Prior to the restaurant expansion, The Black Iron Club & Grill could accommodate up to 120 guests, but after the completion of renovations – including the spacious patio overlooking the golf course and Kamloops Lake – the Black Iron restaurant can now seat up to 300 guests. These recent changes will permit the Black Iron Club & Grill to host larger meetings & private events and provide improved seating availability for residents and visitors alike.
The heat is on, so come out and partake of a summer sip on our recently updated patio! Guests can enjoy a beautiful view, no matter what table they’re seated at. Black Iron’s Manager and local sommelier Brad Unrau takes great pride in the herb and fruit gardens that he cultivates on the patio. This is just another added enhancement to our guest experience for local, fresh ingredients in Black Iron’s delectable cocktails and desserts.
Keep an eye out for a new drink menu launching soon – just in time for the summer heat! Our new, Caribbean-themed menu will feature plenty of fresh fruit and rum-based drinks, so while gazing out at beautiful Kamloops Lake, you can feel as though you’re on vacation in the tropics.
